All demo chatbots use simulated data only. They do not collect or process personal or sensitive information.

- reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse of our forms

- We retain email form submissions indefinitely; chatbot interaction data is not retained beyond the session (unless explicitly logged anonymously for internal improvement)
6. Data Sharing and Transfers
We do not share your data outside of BRKTHRGH Technologies Ltd, except:
- With subprocessors (like Vercel and reCAPTCHA) who support core functionality
- In compliance with legal obligations, if required by law
Some subprocessors may be located outside the EEA. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards under GDPR (e.g. SCCs or adequacy decisions).
